Mr. Carignan's Archery Program

Thank you so much for reaching out.  I am happy to share the fun things your grant provided us here at Burns. 

I used the grant funds awarded to purchase Archery equipment for my Archery Program here at the school.  

I was able to introduce the sport to over 40 students through an afterschool club and subsequent team.  My wife, who teaches PE here at Burns, also expanded the sport with her classes.  It is a really cool sport to be involved in and gives students who may not be into traditional team sports and opportunity to participate at a comfort level they are happy with.
